Shipping & Returns

At DairyFlo, we want to keep it as uncomplicated as possible for you, so we offer:

Free shipping on orders over $100 to New Zealand addresses.
Flat fee $8 shipping costs for orders under $100.
All orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt otherwise we will notify you.*
Orders to New Zealand will be delivered between one and four business days.*

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (NEW ZEALAND)

We know you’re going to be super keen to get your new purchase so that’s why we will dispatch orders usually within 24 – 48 hours of your order being processed. Actual delivery time will depend on your location.

Please Note: Orders will be processed Monday – Friday.
At DairyFlo, we want to keep it as uncomplicated as possible for you, so we offer:

+ North Island orders are delivered within 1-3 working days of dispatch.
+ South Island orders are delivered within 3-5 working days of dispatch.
+ International orders are delivered within 5-10 working days of dispatch.
+ Rural delivery or remote locations can take just a little longer so please allow an additional 2 working days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Displayed pricing applies to New Zealand resident customers (NZD) only. International orders (countries other than New Zealand) will be processed in New Zealand dollar unless by prior arangement.

When an order is shipped outside of New Zealand you may be charged duties or taxes by your local government before the items will be released to you, as these are beyond our control please check with your local customs department prior to ordering should you have any concerns.

DAIRYFLO 30 DAY REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you’re not completely satisfied with your DairyFlo purchase you are welcome to exchange it for a full refund**, a credit or an alternative product*. Returned product must be returned within 30 days of purchase along with the original receipt.

*refund excludes freight cost when order has been made online.
**refund and credit applies to a maximum of 6 sets of liners. We recommend you trial a few sets before purchasing a full shed setup. Please choose your liners carefully, we cannot refund used product that has been ordered incorrectly.

DAMAGED GOODS OR INCORRECT ORDER UPON ARRIVAL

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect please contact us on 06 835 3751 (New Zealand) or 00 64 6 835 3751 (International). If we need the product to be returned to us, we will arrange this at our cost and ensure a replacement is on its way to you as soon as possible.
