At DairyFlo, we want to keep it as uncomplicated as possible for you.All orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt otherwise we will notify you.
*Orders to New Zealand will be delivered between one and four business days.*

We know you’re going to be super keen to get your new purchase so that’s why we will dispatch orders usually within 5 – 48 hours of your order being processed pending stock availability. Actual delivery time will depend on your location.
Please Note: Orders will be processed Monday – Friday.

+ North Island orders are delivered within 1-3 working days of dispatch.
+ South Island orders are delivered within 3-5 working days of dispatch.
+ Rural delivery or remote locations can take just a little longer so please allow an additional 2-3 working days
+ International orders – We Recommend these are placed directly with DairyFlo Via Phone or Email order – Will be given an estimate of arrival date on dispatch.

DAIRYFLO 30 DAY CREDIT OR EXCHANGE POLICY
If you’re not completely satisfied with your DairyFlo Liners you are welcome to exchange them for a store credit or an alternative product*.
Returned product must be returned within 30 days of purchase date & in an undamaged, clean state along with the original receipt.
Please choose your liners carefully, we cannot refund used product that have been ordered incorrectly. We strongly recommend you trial a set before purchasing a full shed setup. Please click on the link below to learn more about our Trial Offer.
*Store Credit or Exchange offers do not include any freight related costs – this includes but not limited to 1) Initial freight charge/s for your order. 2) freight costs for return of product. 3) freight cost/s for an exchanged product to be sent to you.
**Store Credit applies to a maximum of 4 sets of liners. Store Credits or Exchange offers are only applicable on Dairyflo branded products.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect please contact us on 06 835 3751 (New Zealand) or 00 64 6 835 3751 (International). If we need the product to be returned to us, we will arrange this at our cost and ensure a replacement is on its way to you as soon as possible.
